Prior to her television debut in 2007 DeAnna Pappas worked as a real estate agent in Newnan, Georgia. In late 2007, DeAnna Pappas became famous with her participation in ABC's reality television show "The Bachelor" which went on air in 2002.

DeAnna Pappas appeared on the eleventh season of "The Bachelor" that premiered on September 24th, 2007. She was one of the season's two finalists who were both rejected by "The Bachelor" Brad Womack in the final episode aired on November 19th, 2007. Nonetheless, DeAnna Pappas has appeared in the 2008 series of "The Bachelor" in two of its episodes.
